By Air:
- Nearest Airport: Bhuntar is the nearest airport. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or use local transportation to reach the property. We are 45 kms from the airport.
By Road:
- Public transport: Overnight Volvo from Delhi to Manali. You have to get down before Aut tunnel from where it’s an hour drive to reach Tirthan Valley.
- Private: Take the Manali route and take a right before Aut tunnel that brings you to this beautiful paradise. It's a one hour drive from Aut.
Please note that the last 2 kms is a dirt patch but motorable. The car comes till the property and have ample space for parking.
- Embrace the Offbeat: This is a serene, pristine location. Expect a disconnect from touristy jazz and plan meals in advance to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay.
- Quiet Harmony: To be in harmony with nature and nearby neighbors, please avoid loud music or noise. Enjoy peaceful moments by the river and forest.
- Last Stretch Drive: The final 2 km is a dirt patch but motarable. If you face any difficulties, contact us, and we’ll guide you safely.
- Coexisting with Nature: You may encounter harmless insects around the property. Our team will gently relocate them to maintain comfort for everyone.
- Homestay Vibe: While comfortable like a resort, Zannat has the warmth and charm of a homestay. Please treat the space and property with care and respect.

We welcome pets at our property. Please go through the following pet policy:
- Each pet is charged 500 for the entire stay (irrespective of no of days stay)
- Pets must be vaccinated.
- Pet’s toilet habits to be hygienically and socially monitored.
- Guests will not leave their pets unattended on property nor lock them alone in rooms.
- Guests please ensure your loved pets do not get on beds.
- Guests may carry their dog beds. So pet is comfortable on the floor.
- Please don’t leave your pets open and must be leashed during the night time for pet’s safety.
- Any damage caused by the pet at the property must be borne by the pet owner.
